Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if a client has paid for a service in advance, and cancels the appointment with greater than 48 hours notice of the appointment time.
When late notice cancellation has occurred, and a medical certificate can be supplied for a missed appointment due to serious health concerns, it is up to the discretion of the Business owner, as to whether only a 50% fee for the missed service will be charged.
